Job summary

eXp Realty is seeking a Team Services Analyst to support the US Realty division. You will manage discovery calls, document team structures, and coordinate transitions as teams evolve within the broker network.

This role emphasizes strong communication, detailed record-keeping, and proactive support to agents and team leaders. Remote-friendly environment with a focus on timely follow-ups and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with real estate or customer support is a plus.
• Must be able to work remotely with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Workspace, and Trello is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and dissolve teams in the US Realty division, including lifecycle transitions.
• Lead Discovery Calls with Team Leaders to gather requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate team records and update agent payplans accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support to teams and coordinate with other departments.
• Attend training, conduct periodic reviews, and document outcomes.
• Duties may include audits, project work, and cross-team collaboration.
