United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly organized customer support specialist for a permanent remote role powered from the Philippines, 9am–5pm US Pacific time. You will handle inbound calls, assist real estate agents and clients, and resolve questions about services and offers.

You will use HubSpot CRM to document interactions, manage tickets, and provide a white-glove, customer-first experience. A reliable internet connection and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from customers and real estate agents.
• Answer questions about services, buysell processes, and offers.
• Provide timely email and CRM-based support via tickets.
• Troubleshoot basic account issues, including password resets.
