Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to identify and secure homes nationwide. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting due diligence and preparing contracts for ratification.

You will meet homeowners in person when needed, but the role is fully remote and requires evening and weekend availability to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in previous roles.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
