Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to drive home acquisitions nationwide. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs and close deals, conducting due diligence and preparing contracts for ratification.

Role requires flexibility for evening/weekend availability to fit seller schedules and maximize deal flow, with regular in-person meetings as needed and a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% ranking in sales staff in previous roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
