Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to drive the purchase of residential properties across nationwide markets. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, analyze ARV, and close deals while coordinating with Realtors and lenders.

The role is fully remote, with regular in-person meetings as needed, requiring evening and weekend availability to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% ranking among sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
