Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes nationwide. You will follow up on leads, analyze comps, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting thorough due diligence.

The role is fully remote, with in-person meetings as needed, and requires evening/weekend availability to maximize deal flow. You will negotiate acquisitions, prepare contracts, meet homeowners to present offers, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and

Qualifications

4+ years of sales experience.
Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas through phone sales.
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As‑Is value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
