Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes and manage the end-to-end acquisition process. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and perform due diligence while coordinating with title, lenders and buyers.

This is a fully remote role requiring regular in-person meetings with prospects and occasional evening/weekend availability to fit seller schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As‑Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
