Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals.

The role is remote, but you will meet prospects in person regularly; evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules. You will negotiate acquisitions, perform due diligence, draft contracts, and coordinate with Realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
