Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote role. You will follow up on leads, value homes, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting due diligence on acquisitions, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

You will analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, prepare contracts, estimate ARV, meet homeowners, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% performer in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet with homeowners to present offers
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
