Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals, while performing extensive due diligence on acquisitions. This is a fully remote role, with in-person meetings with prospects as needed.

You will work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title teams through the closing process, leveraging a proven track record in sales to meet and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
