Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals.

This is a fully remote role that does not require daily office presence; you will conduct in-person meetings with prospects on a regular basis. Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% performer in previous roles
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven experience in meeting/exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
