Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This remote role involves following up on leads, valuing homes, estimating repairs, and closing deals while performing due diligence on acquisitions.

You will meet homeowners in person as needed, negotiate, and collaborate with realtors, lenders, and title professionals to finalize closings. A strong sales track record and top-10% performance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
