Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to grow our nationwide home-buying program. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals through thorough due diligence and compelling offers.

This remote role requires strong sales results, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will meet prospects in person as needed and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title companies to finalize closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
