Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our fully remote sales team. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while maintaining extensive due diligence on acquisitions.

Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow. You will meet homeowners, negotiate acquisitions, analyze comps, and coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title teams through closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
