Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes nationwide. This remote role involves following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals while conducting in-person meetings as needed.

Evening and weekend availability is required to fit seller schedules and maximize deal flow. You will perform due diligence, negotiate acquisitions, and prepare contracts, with the potential for substantial earnings through base salary and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
