Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote role. You will follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, estimate repairs, and close deals while conducting in-depth due diligence on acquisitions.

Regular in-person meetings with prospects may be required; evenings and weekends are needed to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow. Company reports strong growth and nationwide expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
