Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to follow up on leads, value homes, estimate repairs, and close deals. This remote position also requires conducting in-person meetings with prospects/clients regularly to advance opportunities.

Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow, with collaboration alongside realtors, lenders and title at closing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
