Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes and manage end-to-end acquisitions. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and the ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate seller schedules.

You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and perform due diligence to close deals, while coordinating with realtors, lenders, and title companies during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience and a track record in quota attainment.
• Strong communication skills and solid computer skills (MS Office).
• Proven success ranking among top sales performers in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
