Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals. The role involves extensive due diligence, presenting offers to homeowners, and coordinating with realtors and lenders during closings.

The position is fully remote with regular in-person meetings as needed; evening and weekend availability may be required to maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
