Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs and close deals, with extensive due diligence. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and occasional evening/weekend work to fit seller schedules.

You will analyze comps, negotiate acquisitions, and coordinate with realtors and lenders during closings to maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven achievement of quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
