House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to lead the purchase of homes across the nation. This client-facing role requires following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals with extensive due diligence.

The position is fully remote, with regular in-person meetings as needed and evening/weekend availability to fit seller schedules. A strong track record in sales and top-tier communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Proven quota attainment via phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and close deals.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title at closing.
