House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for a fully remote, nationwide role. The position involves following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs and ARV, negotiating acquisitions, and handling due diligence. Regular in-person meetings with prospects will be scheduled as needed, with evening/weekend availability to maximize deal flow. Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
