Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to buy homes, follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals while performing extensive due diligence. This is a remote role, but you will conduct in-person meetings with prospects regularly, and evening/weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Proven quota attainment via phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
