Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management. This remote role supports clients across designated US states, guiding end-to-end billing system implementations and optimizing RCM workflows.

You will configure, test, and train on electronic claims, ERA, EFT/EFT adjacencies, and payer setups while coordinating with clearinghouses and analytics to reduce denials and Days in AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing software.
• Direct experience with implementations and training.
• Strong MS Windows / Office or Google Workspace knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure RCM features focusing on billing and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claims, remittance and ERA.
• Coordinate data conversion, EDI/clearinghouse timelines and tests.
• Train client billing teams on claims scrubbing and denial management.
