Job summary

Raintree Systems seeks an Implementation Consultant – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to manage end-to-end implementations for healthcare clients. This remote role supports U.S.

states and focuses on optimizing billing workflows, claim submission, and EDI integrations. You will lead configuration, testing, and training activities, coordinating with clearinghouses and payer enrollment teams to ensure accurate setup and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least 2 of the listed areas (e.g., RCM, billing software, implementations, training).
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead testing of claim submission, remittance advice, and EFT/EDI connections.
• Train client billing teams and manage client escalations.
• Communicate progress and ensure milestones are met.
