Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to manage client implementations remotely across designated U.S. states. The role focuses on configuring billing workflows, ensuring clean claim rates, and supporting EDI/EFT integration and testing.

You will train client billing teams, coordinate data conversion, and guide customers through end-to-end RCM setup while maintaining high client satisfaction and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing workflows.
• Familiarity with therapy billing requirements is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree applications focusing on revenue cycle and billing workflows.
• Manage client testing and data conversion timelines.
• Train client billing teams and support escalation handling.
• Ensure milestones are met on time and maintain client satisfaction.
