Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our Professional Services team.

This fully remote role supports healthcare clients across the United States, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree's RCM, billing, and clearinghouse workflows. You will lead end-to-end implementations, coordinate data conversion and EDI timelines, train client teams, and ensure milestones are met on time while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR management).
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST), including Medicare Part B rules and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams, billers, and revenue cycle managers through key product learning milestones.
• Proactively and independently manage client escalations and ensure milestones are met on time.
