Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead client deployments remotely across designated states, with emphasis on healthcare billing and EMR workflows.

You will configure Raintree’s RCM module, optimize clean claim rates, train client teams, and coordinate with payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time milestones and successful go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management / medical billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and electronic claim formats.
• Knowledge of therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST) is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, exclusivity for EDI/EFT/ERA.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims scrubbing, denials, and reporting.
• Communicate progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Act as primary client contact and manage escalations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
