Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management. The role is fully remote (designated states) and focuses on configuring the RCM module, ensuring clean claim rates, and smooth onboarding for therapy clients.

You will lead testing of claim submissions, EFT/EDI integrations, and payer enrollments while training client billing teams across a range of therapies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and/or medical billing workflows.
• Direct experience with billing operations, charge entry, claim submission, denial management, and AR.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations and ERA/eligibility processes.
• Familiarity with PT/OT/ST therapy billing requirements and Medicare Part B rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage implementation projects for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree application focusing on revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission, remittance advice, and EFT/EDI connections.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims scrubbing, denials, and reporting.
• Maintain client communication, manage escalations, and ensure milestones are met.
