Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote role supports clients across designated U.S. states, focusing on configuring RCM, billing workflows, electronic submissions, and EDI integrations.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare billing experience, project management skills, and a strong ability to train and guide clients through complex financial/technical processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Strong understanding of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations.
• Configure the Raintree RCM module for optimal clean claim rates.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission and clearinghouse integrations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/EFT timelines.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on product features and workflows.
• Act as the primary client contact and manage escalations.
• Ensure milestones are met and communicate progress to clients.
