Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant to drive revenue cycle management implementations remotely across designated states. You will configure billing workflows, lead claim submissions testing, and coordinate payer enrollments while training client billing teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication and project discipline in a fast-paced services environment. The position requires 2+ areas of RCM experience, familiarity with EMR/EHR, and the ability to manage end-to-end

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing workflows, and AR management.
• Direct exposure to clearinghouse operations and electronic claim formats.
• Knowledge of PT/OT/ST therapy billing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of client implementations for Raintree's RCM module.
• Configure billing workflows, eligibility verification, and EFT/EDI integrations.
• Lead testing of claim submissions, ERA, and payer enrollment processes.
• Train client billing teams and manage escalations to ensure on-time milestones.
• Communicate project status weekly and maintain key documentation for clients.
