Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management.

This fully remote role is open to designated states, including IN, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end implementation, configuration of Raintree modules for billing and clinical workflows, testing electronic claims, and onboarding clients. You will train client billing teams, manage escalations, and coordinate data conversion and interfaces, ensuring timely milestones and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management / medical billing workflows.
• Experience with claim submission, payer setups, denial management and AR management.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbers.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based training or classroom training/coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementation.
• Configure Raintree for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze billing operations, fee schedules, payer setups, and AR to optimize claims.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission and ERA connections.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage escalations.
• Support sales team during hand-off of new clients.
