Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote position supports clients across designated U.S. states, focusing on configuring billing workflows and optimizing RCM performance.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation, set up electronic submissions and EDI connections, train client teams, and ensure milestones are met on time to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing workflows and RCM operations.
• Direct experience with billing, payments, denials, and AR management.
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and ERAs, eligibility checks, and claim scrubbers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure Raintree RCM module for optimal claim rates and AR performance.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, and EDI/EFT connections.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on product learning milestones.
• Maintain client satisfaction and manage escalations.
