Job summary

Raintree Systems, a leading AI-powered EMR and practice management platform, seeks an Implementation Consultant – RCM to oversee client implementations, optimize revenue cycle workflows, and coordinate end-to-end testing and onboarding from remote locations across designated states.

You will train client billing teams, manage escalations, and partner with payer and clearinghouse teams to ensure smooth EDI/EFT transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR management).
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST), including Medicare Part B rules, modifiers, cap limits, and authorization tracking.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture workflows to optimize clean claim rates.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, remittance, real-time eligibility, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers through learning milestones; manage escalations.
