Job summary

Raintree Systems is hiring an Implementation Consultant for Revenue Cycle Management. This remote role will lead client implementations, configure RCM workflows, and coordinate payer setups to optimize claim submission and AR performance.

You will train client billing teams, manage escalations, and ensure milestones are met while interfacing with sales and professional services. Knowledge of therapy billing and EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Familiarity with clearinghouse operations and ERAs, eligibility and scrubbers.
• Therapy-specific billing knowledge (PT/OT/ST), Medicare Part B rules, modifiers, caps, authorization tracking a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Web-based or in-class training/coaching experience a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, scheduling software; hospital/clinic background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations.
• Configure RCM module for billing workflows and payer setups.
• Analyze billing operations to optimize clean claim rates and AR days.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submissions and remittance.
• Coordinate EDI, EFT, ERA integrations with payers/clearinghouses.
• Direct end-to-end testing from scheduling to final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle staff; manage escalations.
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure milestone delivery.
• Support sales during hand-offs of new clients.
