Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management to manage client implementations remotely across designated states. You will configure billing workflows, handle payer setups, and guide clients through EDI/EFT integrations.

You will train client billing teams, supervise testing, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Remote work is supported from multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management or medical billing software and implementations.
• Knowledge of therapy billing workflows and Medicare Part B rules is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new and existing clients in RCM.
• Configure billing workflows, payer setups, and ERA/EFT integrations.
• Coordinate testing of electronic claim submissions and remittance.
• Train client billing teams and manage client expectations throughout the project.
• Serve as primary client contact and escalate issues as needed.
