Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking an Application Support Specialist to deliver timely, expert assistance to radiology customers. You will monitor client sites, resolve inquiries per SOP and SLAs, and collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot software issues, while documenting every step for knowledge base improvements.

The role is remote within the United States with shifts including weekends and overnight rotations to meet customer needs. Past radiology/PACS exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiology and PACS administration.
• Experience onboarding clinicians on clinical applications.
• Background in healthcare with ability to troubleshoot with medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client issues and monitor client sites.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels for swift resolution.
• Document incidents in the ticketing system with accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve software issues.
