Sirona Medical is seeking an Application Support Specialist to deliver timely assistance to radiologists using RadOS, our AI-powered radiology platform. You will monitor client sites, resolve issues, and document incidents to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, adhere to SOPs and SLAs, and support onboarding of clinicians on clinical applications. This role is remote within the United States and offers equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in level I or higher support roles
• Experience in radiology/PACS environments
• Experience with clinician onboarding on clinical apps

Responsibilities

• Respond to client issues and monitor sites
• Resolve requests per SOPs and SLAs
• Document incidents in ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly
• Follow security procedures to protect data
