Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. This role is remote within the United States and paid hourly, with opportunities for equity and benefits.

You will respond to radiology software inquiries, document incidents, and work with engineering to resolve issues. Candidates should have experience with PACS administration, DICOM workflows, and Zendesk, plus comfort with SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Customer Care/Call center environments.
• Background in healthcare and ability to troubleshoot with medical professionals, ideally radiologists.
• Experience working with clinician onboarding on clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client issues and monitor client sites.
• Escalate unresolved issues through internal channels for swift resolution.
• Document all incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
