This full-time, remote role within the United States requires experience with PACS, DICOM, HL7, MWL standards, and strong customer-service skills for a growing startup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in radiology support and PACS administration.
• Experience onboarding clinicians on clinical applications.
• Background in healthcare with ability to troubleshoot with radiologists.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client issues and monitor client sites.
• Document incidents and escalate as needed; follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve software issues.
