Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, qualify inbound demand, and coordinate estimates and proposals with enterprise teams, partners, and designers.

Based at our HQ or remote, you’ll manage FlexBDA opportunities, build project requirements, and drive conversion while earning quota-based incentives and developing skills in design services and passive components.

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level sales experience or related activities.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and CRM-based follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota and pipeline goals.
• Qualify inbound demand and conduct targeted outbound follow-up.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, and customer requirements.
• Serve as central point between enterprise customers, partners, and sales teams.
• Gather complete project requirements and build information for quotes.
