Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to support Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, qualify inbound demand, and coordinate estimates and proposals to grow sales across the complete Fiplex scope.

You will report to the Director of Sales from our HQ in Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX on a REMOTE schedule. The role includes quota carrying responsibilities and participation in the Sales Incentive Plan, with collaboration across

• 3 months of entry-level experience gained through internships, co-ops, academic projects, customer service, sales support, or related activities.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and a demonstrated interest in inbound/outbound sales, pipeline management, and CRM follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, project-conversion goals, services revenue targets, pipeline and daily activity targets with accurate forecasts.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries; qualify business needs, timing, criteria, budget, and next steps.
