Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications. You will engage customers remotely, qualify inbound demand, and drive FlexBDA opportunities from inquiry through proposal and conversion.

You will report to the Director of Sales and may work from the Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX offices on a remote schedule. The role includes quota carrying responsibilities, pipeline development, and collaborative coordination with

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level experience gained through internships, co-op, academic projects or related activities.
• 3 months of basic knowledge of sales principles and inbound/outbound activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, pipeline, and activity targets with accurate forecasts.
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries; qualify needs, timing, criteria, budget, and next steps.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via phone, email, and virtual meetings to grow the pipeline.
• Coordinate FlexBDA opportunities from qualification through close, including estimates and proposals.
• Serve as the coordination point between Enterprise customers, design partners, field sales, and internal teams.
• Gather and document complete project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate estimates and customer quotes.
