Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth for Fiplex Communications.

You will engage customers remotely and manage FlexBDA opportunities from inquiry to conversion, coordinating with enterprise customers, design partners, and internal teams. You will report to the Director of Sales and work from a remote schedule with potential in Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience through internships, co-ops, projects or customer service; no full-time sales experience required.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and interest in inbound/outbound prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against a sales quota, pipeline, and activity targets with accurate forecasting.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries; qualify needs, timing, budget and next steps.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and virtual meetings to grow the qualified pipeline.
• Coordinate FlexBDA opportunities from qualification to close, including design activities and quotes.
• Serve as the main liaison between Enterprise customers, design partners, field and channel teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Gather complete project requirements, timelines, and deliverables; support accurate customer quotes.
• Run estimations and validate scope to support timely, competitive proposals.
