Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements in a fully remote role. This position requires a U.S.

citizen with the ability to pass a federal background check and meet remote-work requirements. You will conduct audits, analyze performance data, develop corrective actions, and support training and knowledge management to drive continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Conduct internal audits to ensure project quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate in developing and updating procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and provide solutions.
• Develop routine and ad hoc performance reports and research issues.
• Monitor quality assurance activities to support project functioning.
• Identify trends and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist with staff training and development of knowledge management materials.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for the quality assurance program to meet metric requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in related fields.
• Pass federal background check and be a U.S. citizen for remote access.
