Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of QA-related experience.
• Experience conducting audits, reviews, and monitoring to evaluate quality compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and determine root causes.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and presenting routine/ad hoc performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for quality assurance programs to ensure project quality metrics.
• Collaborate in developing new procedures and update existing ones when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and provide solutions to identified issues.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports and research solutions to issues.
• Monitor quality assurance activities and support the project\'s effective functioning.
• Identify trends in quality program data and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist in monitoring performance and meeting contractual requirements using system applications.
• Prepare staff knowledge materials, quick reference guides, matrices, and workflows.
