Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years QA experience.
• Experience auditing and monitoring to evaluate compliance.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to develop corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for the QA program to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Develop and update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on performance and provide solutions to issues.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc performance reports for project performance.
• Conduct monitoring activities and audits to support project operations.
• Identify trends and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist with staff training to achieve quality goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to drive quality initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge management resources and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
