Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance to meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and policies. You will conduct quality audits, analyze data, identify trends, and support corrective actions to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with operations leadership, training teams, and staff to develop and maintain QA processes, reports, and knowledge resources, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of professional quality assurance experience.
• Experience in audits, quality reviews, and monitoring to verify compliance with standards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, gaps, and root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metrics are met.
• Collaborate in developing and updating procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze operational reports and provide actionable solutions.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports.
• Conduct monitoring activities to support project effectiveness.
• Develop corrective action plans to improve program performance.
• Assist with training and knowledge materials to achieve QA goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
