Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are met.

You will work with leadership, training teams, and staff to develop QA processes, reports, and knowledge resources, driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and audits, in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• 3+ years in quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, auditing, operations analysis, process improvement, or performance management.
• Experience conducting audits and monitoring to verify compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate to develop and update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze operational performance reports and provide solutions to issues.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports and research solutions.
• Monitor quality assurance activities to support project effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in monitoring performance and contractual requirements using systems.
• Support staff training and knowledge management materials.
• Assess effectiveness of quality initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
