Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance for contract compliance and quality standards. The role conducts audits, analyzes data, identifies trends, and supports corrective actions to enhance service quality.

You will collaborate with operational leadership, training teams, and support staff to maintain QA processes, reporting, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of quality assurance, auditing, or performance management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
